Hello, my name is Lynn Fricker. My certification is in Swedish/Esalen Massage, Chair Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Adaptive & Geriatric Massage. I use an integrated Swedish, Esalen, and Deep Tissue technique to effectively relieve tension and knots. I use a light to firm with some deep pressure. I cannot do Deep pressure the entire length of a Massage. Deep pressure and Deep Tissue are two different things. Deep pressure is just really hard, deep pressure. Deep Tissue is the art of working into the muscle without harming the tissue. I would love to be able to do this for many many more years as I love my career, and I must respect the limits of my body to continue doing so. I am licensed by the city of Rochester, MN. A member of and insured by the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals since 2010. I have over 2000 hours of Massage experience under my belt. From May 2011 to October 2013 I worked at Massage Envy. Since then I have been an Independent Contractor working in clients homes and at the Yoga Studio of Austin.
