I had been alternating between PT and Chiropractic care for a problem that was presenting in my arm/shoulder. I had greater success in one session with Suzanne than 4 PT sessions. I was given suggestions for personal stretches and activity choices to continue healing, she showed me the areas she had worked and how they related to areas where I had been experiencing discomfort and pain and suggested a few items that I could use to continue working the pressure points she had pointed out. I was pleasantly surprised at how immediate my pain and discomfort was lessened. I slept better than I had in weeks following that appointment and had greater confidence in my recovery.
