When I got out of the Air Force back in 2007, I knew I wanted to get myself into a career where I was helping people out.  I went back to college for nursing, but discovered the massage program and knew from there on that it would be my passion in life.  In 2010 I graduated from Finger Lakes Community College with an associates in integrated Healthcare & Massage Therapy.  Since then, I've treated hundreds of clients with their muscle pain. Shawn does amazing myofascial work. However, I do need more deep trigger point therapy. I’m hoping that going forward we can incorporate that more in with the myofascial techniques. This last session he unfortunately did not go as deep as I needed. Partly my fault. I did tell him and he listened once told. But I didn’t get a chance to share that for the left side before we flipped.
