After completing the 1000 hour program (New York State’s program is one the toughest in the country, as not all states regulate massage) I became licensed and have been practicing since!

As a working mother of two young children I know too well the value of "me time" and understand the challenges that accompany taking time for yourself . The pressures of juggling various work and family commitments can take its toll on our bodies.Most of the time we have to reach a breaking point before we listen to what our emotions and our bodies are telling us. I wanted to promote a culture of well being and serenity by providing a service that offers easy access to luxury therapeutic massage, and spa treatments straight to their homes, hotels and corporate offices.

So I decided to create a company which would bring the best of both worlds together; a blend of therapeutic bodywork and spa-like ambiance delivered to you in the comfort of your own home or location of your choosing. By accommodating the needs of busy professionals, stay at home mothers, or those who do not have time to go to a traditional spa, I can increase the awareness of the benefits of massage therapy.

My mission is to provide the highest quality massage and spa services to you on location and on demand using only the finest organic products. My technique includes using relaxing strokes,deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, and muscular stretching in order to treat the person as a whole and bring the body into balance. I believe to live an enjoyable balanced life, you have to switch it up.Some days, this means being active and eating healthy. Other days, this means having a piece of chocolate cake and watching the Lifetime Movie Network.

Massage therapy is more than just a job...it's my passion and I look forward to sharing it with you.

I can't say enough great things about Jamila. I went in last night with several issues, talked about them with her beforehand, and she worked on each one during my session. I walked out feeling better than I had in months and slept through the night with no shoulder pain for the first time in ages. She's fabulous, the location is calm and serene with easy parking, and the whole way home, I was thinking, "I can't wait to go back!"

Jamila is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever been to. She is very talented and always creates a customized experience based on need. I leave feeling rejuvenated and in a better place than when I came.

Great experience with a deep tissue massage yesterday. Much more intense pressure than most others I’ve had and I got the sense that Jamila has a much better understanding of muscle anatomy than others. Looking forward to another session soon!

Good balance of pressure and focus on specific areas. Relaxing and not too intense, great for a Swedish style massage.

I was dealing with horrible back spasms a couple days prior and this massage really helped to reset everything and make my body really settle down. I will never not recommend her!
