I grew up with an appreciation for massage, as my father was also a massage therapist, and practiced reflexology which he would use on us when needed, especially for headaches. He taught me how to hone in on what I was doing, by asking me if I felt knots or stiff muscles. I didn't realize I'd be doing it for a living after a lifetime career in Telecommunications and Business Administration, but here I am loving every minute of it.
