Having experienced some of my own chronic pain, headaches, & fatigue, I became a massage therapist with a desire to help others as well as reconnect with my own well-being. My personal and professional work is grounded in Dharma practice, which is essentially a practice that seeks to balance the mind and body. Through breath and skilled therapeutic touch, I hope to offer you an opportunity to quiet your mind, to feel more aware of and grounded in your body, and to ultimately feel more connected with your needs.
