Licensed Massage Therapist, Doula and Reiki Practitioner

Massage Therapy is more than my job or even career, it is my passion. I often hear people complain about chronic physical discomfort. Most individuals suffering from chronic pain would benefit from regular body work.

People often ask me: "Do you do REAL massage, or is it more that spa stuff?"

I didn't realize spa massage ("spassage" as I like to call it) had gotten such a bad name? I don't practice what is typically accepted as Deep Tissue Work. I work in a PROGRESSIVE TISSUE manner. Deep Tis...

Deep Tissue done with a no pain, no gain attitude MAY be more harmful than good. What I tell people is to come try me out follow the regiment I recommend and if you don't feel better in 4-6 sessions, then keep looking for your ideal therapist.

I specialize in Birth Cycle Massage, everything from deciding you are ready to start or expand your family through pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum sessions. In addition to Massage Services I am a DONA trained Birth Doula.

My style is unique. I work in a slow, rhythmic fashion listening to the muscles as they respond to technique. This style is particularly beneficial for Athletes (serious and hobbyist) as well as people suffering from acute and chronic pain.

Yes, I also do Spassage.  Sometimes you just want to relax.

The key to a good massage therapy session is communication. It is important that you as a client communicate your needs and expectations for a massage session (before, during and after) and that I as a therapist am willing to refer a client out (whether it be to a chiropractor, acupuncturist, or another massage therapist). I have a network of wellness professionals (including other massage therapists) that I regularly recommend to clients, either in addition to the work I do or in place of it.

Collaborating with a team of other independent massage therapists I am also able to offer couples sessions.
