I got started in massage therapy after experiencing back injury and trigger point pain in just about every muscle.  I changed every thing I was doing, my diet, my exercise, supplements, meditation, and bodywork - all kinds.  Along the way I discovered the benefits of massage and energy healing.  At that time, there was a big void in massage therapy in our area. As soon as I was able I enrolled in the newly opened Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. Additionally I studied many forms of healing from Deep Tissue Myofasciall work  to energetic Shamanic healing.  Today its my pleasure to share my passion with others especially those with pain problems.
