If you are looking for someone to help you train more or recover quickly from a nagging overuse injury, Emilie is the person to see. She has done a fantastic job over the last 5 years keeping me training 12-20hrs a week.

I have been getting massages from Emilie for the past year. Emilie is very friendly and is attentive to my needs. She always asks if there are any areas that she should focus on. Emilie finds the tension and works on the knots, starting with broad strokes and slowly applying more pressure. She follows your lead as to conversation, if you talk she will talk, if you are silent she will respect that too. Your massage will be a wonderful relaxing experience, give Emilie a try.

I have a very complicated series of injuries. Lots of autoimmune conditions to. Emily has good background in anatomy physiology and medicine. So he relationship between injuries and ongoing problems can be complex. She is just a great listener and has recommended many other things.
