Having earned a bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology, in 1987, and later serving with the Special Forces, and through other pursuits, I became accustomed to hard physical training and performance requirements.


I also learned along the way the value of massage for recovery and healing of injuries.

This led me to obtain a 750 hour massage diploma in 2011.

I opened my massage business in 2018 and officially adopted the name Avalon Muscle Therapy in 2019.
