My primary goal in life is to help others get & stay healthy as long as possible. I also hope ot move people away from medications even though I can't suggest it. If they have a good doctor and they see improvement of health issues, hopefully they take them off of drugs, especially is they are not needed anymore. Seniors are the worse off since the average senior today is on 7 medications! We all need to take charge of our health since no one else will. The faster this spreads by word or mouth, the LESS the health care costs will be, the happier people will be, and then they can continue to share with others who they care about.
