She enjoys continuing education courses such as aromatherapy, reflexology, stretching techniques, pregnancy massage, fascia fundamentals, professional ethics, Eastern energy practices, and working with Geriatric clients. Carmen was a volunteer at her local nursing home until Covid-19 restrictions prevented her to give massage there.

I was interviewed about my problem areas prior to the massage. When she began the massage she knew exactly where I was experiencing pain or tension. It was my first time working with her and I felt heard, cared for, she was a good communicator, and my body has felt better for days afterwards. I scheduled another appointment before I left!
