I'm a soft tissue specialist with over 14years of experience. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. I specialize in therapeutic, myofascial, deep tissue, and sports massage. My goal is to use my skills as a clinical massage therapist to provide bodywork focused on pain relief, rehabilitation, and prevention. Being an avid athlete I also compete as a triathlete, ultra runner,  and lifter which gives me more knowledge in depth of sports medicine.
