I began my career in massage almost by accident.  While selling a previous business (a child care center), I was asked by my customer/massage therapist what I was going to do next.  I was still trying to decide and she challenged me to consider massage.  Once I began massage school, I realized I had found my true calling.  The personal satisfaction when a client tells me they are pain free, relaxed and ready to face the rest of the day is pure joy.

I take pride in providing each client with the "their" massage, not my massage.  My goal is that each session is personalized to my client's needs for that session.  Those needs change, as our bodies and lives are dynamic and ever-changing.  If you would like to experience a massage that is uniquely focused on your needs, I can help.

Nurturing the Mother Fertility & Prenatal Massage

Fertility and Prenatal Massage - Completed this multi-faceted training and currently offer support for couples attempting to conceive naturally and also working with fertility specialists to help those using IUI or IVF. Prenatal massage supports the expectant mom throughout the pregnancy, reducing pain and improving the entire experience. Postpartum and infant massage instruction are also available.

Massage Cupping

Cupping can be thought of as the inverse of massage - utilizing vacuum pressure to enhance circulation, help relieve pain and pull out the toxins that linger in our body's tissues. Cupping was developed thousands of years ago and though the techniques have modernized the original philosophy is the same - supporting your body's amazing ability to heal itself.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A delicate, light massage to support lymphatic flow, MLD provides non-invasive and natural pain relief after plastic surgery, during pregnancy and for those experiencing edema (swelling).
