I have had my massage license in Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and now Florida.  I am an artist at heart, love to cook, physical fitness, explore nature, love animals and people, live music, and pursue my calling to help others find authentic healing as I have been helped through and heal from my many past traumas of which I do everything naturally and holistically, through diet, exercise, bodywork and soul work.

Teresa has an amazing command of multiple techniques to relieve areas of muscular discomfort from which I've suffered for many years. Her myofascial release technique has helped tremendously to break up scar tissue from shoulder surgeries I'd had a few years back. Teresa is very attentive and she does a fantastic job of addressing all communicated areas of concern. Her slow and deliberate approach removes any doubt one may have regarding her competence and the enjoyment she has in her profession of helping people! I definitely, absolutely and fervently recommend her skills to bring relief for long-standing muscular issues.

I prefer this small personal business over the bigger spa venues. She provides easy digital booking, the location is easy to access from the main road and it was just down the street opposite traffic on a Friday night. Prrrerfect with a capital P!
