I'm a native of Seattle, Washington and I relocated to New Mexico in December, 2019 after spending a year traveling the country.

I'm a native of Seattle, Washington and I relocated to New Mexico in December, 2019 after spending a year traveling the country.

I've been in practice since 1997.  I've worked with home-bound special needs clients and individuals in hospice care, worked with the Washington State Sports Massage Team providing on-site sports massage, and taught massage theory/ practice and  kinesiology to students enrolled in the massage certification programs at Ashmead College and the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in Seattle.  I'm certified in pregnancy massage and Bodywork for Women©.  I have training in lymphatic drainage, myofascial release techniques targeting the pelvic region, breast massage, and reflexology.  I also hold certifications in Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian body work), Nuad Bo’rarn  Thai massage, Qi-gong Healing and Breathing applications, and cupping.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in food science and human nutrition.
