I began my career in natural therapeutics and massage therapy as a way to reach out and help others. I had always been interested in the use of herbs, essential oils, energy work techniques, ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as many other modalities that seemed to work on so many levels to help in the healing process. I began my career in natural therapeutics and massage therapy as a way to reach out and help others. I had always been interested in the use of herbs, essential oils, energy work techniques, ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as many other modalities that seemed to work on so many levels to help in the healing process. These interests are what led me to the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, where in 2005 I earned the title Natural Therapeutic Specialist after completing 850 hours of training. After receiving my certification in therapeutic massage and bodywork from the national board, and my license to practice massage therapy from the state of New Mexico, I opened my private massage practice, Desert Lotus Natural Therapeutics, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. 
I specialize in using integrative therapeutic massage for the treatment of pain management, injury rehabilitation, pregnancy massage, as well as in reintegrating and balancing body, mind, and spirit through the use of natural therapeutics and energy work.
