An avid yoga student since age 16, Abi has always had a passion for bodywork. Raised in Casper, Wyoming and constantly immersed in nature Abi knew big city life was not her cup of tea.  

She moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2012 to attend one of Colorado's most well-known massage therapy schools, the Healing Arts Institute.  An incredible school that offers education in a variety of hands-on techniques, which is more training than other schools in the state offer.   After graduating and passing all the required tests to become licensed in the state of Colorado, she then left for Sedona, Arizona to finally get certified as a yoga teacher.  Abi attended the 7 Centers Yoga Arts in 2013.   The 7 Centers Yoga Arts in a worldwide known yoga training center and has even been mentioned on USA Today's list for top 10 yoga retreats.  Abi has worked in all aspects of massage from working with acupuncturists and chiropractors to working in destination spas and resorts.  But it wasn’t until she went through pregnancy that she discovered her true calling within massage therapy which is prenatal and postnatal bodywork.  Abi is confident in her training and her abilities to achieve the bodywork goals that her clients desire.

Abi is a licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher in the state of Colorado who has been insured by Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals for 4 years.   Abi is a registered health provider and is HIPAA compliant.  Abi opposes human trafficking and stands for women’s rights.
