As a Registered Nurse I spent years helping people deal with, and recover from illness, which led me to seeking out preventative methods to maintain wellness.


I am certified in nutrition/health coaching, therapeutic yoga, meditation, prenatal massage as well as reflexology, hot stone and Hwal Gong (energy balancing). Therapeutic Massage is a personalized treatment that incorporates several techniques to serve your personal needs. These techniques may include myofascial, deep tissue, Swedish, vibration, stretching, acupressure, and trigger point. Services are provided at our Northern NJ office, or in your home/office for a small additional fee.

I come to Tammy every month as part of my overall health for a massage. It is the single best thing I do for myself. She get's all those knots out of my neck and she has helped me with things I thought might be out of her scope. However when my knee was giving me a real problem she was the only one whom could help me. I feel like a $1000 bucks! I am her biggest fan "I think". Treat yourself you will never use anyone else again. I do the holistic massage 1 1/2 hours of awesomness.
