Massage is not a luxury, it is part of proper self care.

I began my journey into massage therapy in 2012 at Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.  I received national certification and continued on to receive specialized training in oncology massage as well as Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for people who have both primary and secondary lymphedema.  I am in the process of gaining my certification as a compression garment fitter as well.  I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant and an Emergency Medical Technician.

I offer swedish techniques ranging from soft to firm pressure, hot stones and aromatherapy.  Sessions range from 30 to 80 minutes for massage, each customized to the needs of the client.  I have worked with many clients suffering from tension headaches and sciatic pain and find that massage sessions and stretching do wonders to relieve their pain.
I am located in Richmond, IL offering sessions by appointment only.  When I am not massaging, I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and 2 dogs.
