I graduated from Lotus School of Integrated Professions in Richmond, VA in March of 2017. I have studied foundations in Thai Massage and folk medicine, Reiki, physical therapy techniques, and Craniosacral Therapy. In my work, I focus on healing the mind-body connection through various modalities.  It is my belief that by sharing the gift of therapeutic support to my community, I am aligning with my life's purpose.
