Started 06/2019, ended 11/2019. Certification in Craniosacral Therapy at Riverbluff Sanctuary in Charlottesville, VA . Hosted and taught by Janet Evergreen along with support from Sakura Beasley and Jay DeMayo.

Thai Massage Foundations

Foundational introduction to the philosophy and practice of traditional Thai massage and medicine. Completed January 2016, with a re-visit to the course as an intern/teacher's aid in September 2017.

Rachael is a gifted and competent massage therapist. She is knowledgeable and employed Thai stretching during the massage. The cupping was amazing on my lower back. I just wish it was a longer! LOL!
