Starting off as a Yoga teacher I became more interested in the physical body, holistic wellness and how everything in our body's is connected.  Massage therapy has been a wonderful way to help others who are experiencing pain, and stress.  It brings me great joy to help my clients feel relief and relaxation.   I am always amazed the more I learn about anatomy and physiology.  I encourage everyone to practice self care, mindfulness and gratitude.  Oh, and don't forget to stretch!
