Since beginning my career in 2003, I have been very fortunate to work with incredible teachers and further my knowledge of the body and how it works. I truly believe that manual therapy and intentional mobility work are two of the biggest keys for living a full and vibrant life and Massage Therapy is a hugely beneficial way to approach this. Years of study has helped me delve into deeper tissue techniques and learn how to combine them with a highly intuitive touch, something that has given my style the description "deceptively deep" for its firm but nurturing feeling.
In addition to my busy practice, I teach at Lotus Professional College, the same school I graduated from many years ago. I consider myself to be a lifelong student, constantly learning new techniques and ideas that I hope to share in my community. I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist with The National Academy of Sports Medicine, have received a Certification in Evidence Informed Clinical Cupping, and am well versed in a host of clinical modalities that I integrate into my practice as I'm learning. I have also studied Thai Yoga Massage and Yin Yoga and my awareness of the Myofascial system helps determine treatment plans and guide my recommendations.
You deserve to achieve complete vibrancy and well-being, and listening to your body helps you find that. Massage Therapy is a true gift that we have to give our bodies and our spirits. Allow a visit with me to help you tap into the messages your body is giving you and bring about a feeling of true wholeness. There are many aspects to complete health, and Massage is a very important step on that path. I feel honored that so many people have allowed me to be a part of their journey.

Massage Therapy
When the traveling dance group Riverdance visited my city, I was invited to give massages to the dancers before and after their performances. I was able to work closely with both the Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist that travel full-time with the group, and had an absolutely amazing experience.
I have been extremely blessed to participate in volunteer projects with my father in many different locations. He is also a healthcare professional, and we have had wonderful times working together to do our parts to help others preserve and maintain their health.
