The whole environment of Indigo therapeutic massage and Healing Arts is perfect. Starting with Jordan's calm , knowledgeable demeaner to the pleasant scents of the essential oils. My cupping session was perfect for muscle recovery and relaxation following my half marathon long runs.

Excellent masseuse. Jordan finds the tight spots you knew you had as well as some you didn't, and works them out adeptly.

The atmosphere of serenity and positive spiritual energy in the room is undeniable. Jordan is an expert massage therapist and healer. Jordan's attention to detail and knowledge of her craft is commendable. It is a pleasure to have found such a thorough and talented massage therapist who can offer care to people with sports injuries, muscle fatigue, pregnant Mommies and fibromyalgia sufferers. R. If you have ever had lower back pain from L5-L3, and also from L-2 up through T-11, you know how difficult an active/physical job can be on yourself. The pain resonated in my hips, bones, and back, to the point of barely being able to walk. Iced on and off for 3 days before I went for massage. Chiro works well once the muscles are relaxed and not inflamed and swollen. Jordan worked on my back and hip area with cupping, stretches, and massage of the psoas muscle (which I believe is the only muscle that attaches spine to leg). It is a deep core muscle in your hip area. The psoas must be as close to a normal state as possible in order for any spinal manipulation to hold. Long story short. I am walking today with no pain. I was able to stretch and manipulate the remaining vertebrae back into a normal state last night and this morning. I feel great today . . . .not quite able to leap tall buildings yet, but thinking of trying out for an NFL position.
