In 2005 I attended the Amherst School of Massage Therapy ( now The Massage School), where I studied many massage modalities including Swedish, reflexology, trigger point, deep tissue and prenatal in addition to associated anatomy, physiology and theory courses.  I began studying CranioSacral Therapy in 2014 at the New England Center for CranioSaral Therapy and then continued my studies at the CranioSacral Alliance.  In 2016 I began to study Medical/Orthopedic Massage through the LMT Success Group and Advanced Bodywork and Education.  Through this educational group I learned Postural Assessments techniques as well as  advanced manual therapy including myofacial release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Therapeutic Stretching and Structural Integration.  In the Spring of 2017 I began studying Manual Lymphatic Drainage and since then have had advanced training on working with clients with knee and hip replacements as well as complicated shoulder issues.   In the Fall of 2017 I was voted onto the Board of Directors of the Vermont Chapter of The American Massage Therapy Association as their Board Secretary.

Really appreciate Heather's focus on, and competence with, the specific areas I was having trouble with (I came in with an injury I was looking for help with). It's clear she knows what she's doing.

Heather is great! Extremely professional, great communicator and always ensures that you feel comfortable and have a massage tailored to your needs. Highly skilled and consistently gives a wonderful massage. I would absolutely recommend her, whether it's your first massage or your 50th. I've been seeing her for years and have no intention of stopping.
