Throughout Gayle’s life she has been an advocate for regular body maintenance through tennis, yoga, weight lifting, and massage.
Gayle's primary area of focus for her practice is sports massage, more specifically tennis injuries and rehabilitation. Gayle is a lifetime tennis player, growing in the game as a child, then in high school, and in college at the University of Mary Washington. Gayle played four years of singles and doubles and was the team captain for two years. Gayle’s love of tennis and massage fit together perfectly.
