REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

Gayle takes the time to ask questions about "really how you feel?" She very pleasant and professional . I look forward to my massage every month. It's great for stress and my overall health. My first massage was a gift from my daughter and I have been going ever since. Gayle has been a blessing in my life.

I was very impressed with the attentiveness and advice received by Gayle Smith Ospina in regards to my recent injuries and the comprehensive program of exercises and other treatments - outside of and in addition to the actual massage treatment - I might consider. The treatment itself was quite thorough and she made a point to explain what she was trying to achieve with the various movements and how daily, modern, busy life affects our bodies and what healthy habits one can adopt. Very pleased.

Very relaxing massage and Gayle just seems to find those places where a little extra attention really goes a long way. I always feel refreshed and back to balance after a massage. She also takes time to really listen to find out more about my areas of concern. I highly recommend her.

She was very knowledgeable on the anatomy. She also released several trigger points in my back and shoulder. Will definitely see her again.

Gayle takes the time to understand what might be going on in my body, then customizes each session to address those issues. I always leave feeling far better than when I walked in!
