I am a Virginia native, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006. I graduated from the American Institute of Massage(now the Lotus School of Integrated Professions) in 2014, and I am licensed to practice massage through the Virginia Board of Nursing.

I have been inducted into the Shivagakomarpaj Old Medicine Hospital lineage of Thai Folk Medicine, and study with Damion Bond of Woven Body Healing Arts. I have also studied the foundations of herbal medicine with the esteemed Kathleen Maier at Sacred Plant Traditions in Charlottesville.
