My name is Courtney and I have been learning and practicing Massage Therapy since 2014. I have my associates in Arts and Science, and during my failed pursuit of a degree in exercise science, I discovered a deep love for preventative maintenance, the body, and healthcare as a whole. I'm now back on the path of finishing my BA in exercise science in efforts to elevate my practice of massage, and extend my reach and knowledge to help clients off the massage table. Additionally, I am also a licensed pharmacy technician, and understand the importance of medication and its intersection with massage therapy. 

My primary modalities in Massage are Swedish / Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Table Thai Massage. I love studying psychology and philosophy as I feel our mind, and how we interpret reality affects our physical body. I believe that knowledge and education can help us navigate health and wellness in a more informed way to make better decisions for our bodies, minds, and quality of life.

I love the art and science of the physical body, and hope that my massages can bring you pain relief and help you build awareness. I will always refer you out if I believe your issue is out of my hands, as your wellbeing, safety, and appropriate healthcare is my number one priority.
