She has a passion for bodywork and for supporting families through the transition of pregnancy, birth and new parenthood.

Abigail’s craniosacral work really helped our 6 week old with her torticollis. After tongue tie releases she was still struggling to latch and we noticed she kept her head turned to one side. After just ONE session with Abigail, our daughter latched beautifully, looked much more relaxed awake and laying in her crib and followed us with her eyes and head instead of staying to one side. It made a huge difference!! Abigail is super professional and nice, her studio space is gorgeous and clean and she had an incredible amount of knowledge about my baby’s physiology and symptoms. She was gentle and very effective treating my daughter. She sent us a personalized video to help us remember the exercises we needed to do at home and answered all follow up questions I had promptly. I’ve already recommended her to friends with babies and have signed up for craniosacral work from her myself.

This was by far the best massage I have ever gotten. I normally really struggle through massages, e.g., thinking about other things I should be doing, not relaxing, etc., but Abigail put me at such ease I didn’t even realize an hour and a half had gone by! I felt so good after. I can’t wait to schedule another appointment!

Abigail is wonderful. She has a great personality and her Thai massages are the best to help reset, recharge, and relax the body. I would highly recommend, especially, for mom’s with small kids and just need that extra love.
