Lydia graduated from Institute of Massage Therapies in August 2007. In 2008 she received certification in prenatal massage. In addition to certifications in Pregnancy Massage and Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Lydia also excels in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Orthopedic massage techniques. She is skilled in keeping athletes and active individuals at their peak and she also works tirelessly to manage and prevent pain before and after surgery. Lydia's calm and quiet personality and profound strength make her the perfect massage specialist. She is a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and enjoys welding, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.

Lydia became Certified Educator of Infant Massage in February 2014 through an advanced program with the International Association of Infant Massage.
