It wasn’t until a few years ago that I manifested that mission & chose a career as a massage therapist. I received my education and training at Fortis College in Richmond Va & I’m continuously searching for more and modified modalities to cater to every persons needs. I specialize in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Facilitation, Sports Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Chair Massage, Hydrotherapy, Cryotherapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stones, Scrubs & Body stretching that includes PNF & PIR. I also train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which helps keep me active & grounded at the same time. My partner & co-owner of Under Pressure RVA also trains with me & our son. Kim is simply inspiring! Not only is she an independent woman owning her power and her business... She has a weath of knowledge, understanding and empathy, that flows from her huge heart, into the tips of her fingers tips and strait to the source of the issue!♥︎ Her approach to healing and preventive heath, is innovative and very effective!:) I was experiencing severe pain, that that ran from my shoulders to my fingertips, in both my arms... it seriously effected my grip, along with my wrist and elbow movements, which inhibited my ability to drive or use my keyboard & mouse at work. After just one (1/2) hour lunch break session, the pain and restricted movement had almost completely dissapated!♥︎ The next day I returned after work for a (1) hour session, so she could dive deeper into the nerve unraveling process, now that the muscles had relaxed around the injuries some more... I could bearly believe it, when she finished and I was completely OUT of pain!!! It felt like a miracle✨️ I can't thank her enough... but, I will be sending everyone I know to this amazing healer and entrepreneur, from now on!♥︎
