Deep Tissue

Many people ask for deep work and I am able to accommodate that request. Deep work is different for everyone and having good communication is the key to successful work. My experience has taught me to "listen" with my hands and apply deeper work that still allows the muscles to relax.

Myofascial Release

I have been practicing MFR since 2001 and have taken continuing education relating to Headache and TMJ issues.

Reiki: Level 1 and 2

I was first introduced to Reiki in massage school and became curious about the implications of energy work. It wasn't something I was aware of so I continued to explore my own experience. It was undeniable for me and continues to be a part of my work.
