I am a Saint Louis area native, trained in Seattle Massage School - Seattle, WA, primary focus clinical & sports massage, graduated November 1992. 
I was licensed as Massage therapist in Washington State Dec 1992
1994-2006 United States Air Force Reserve medic. 
1997-2002 Neuromuscular Therapy American Method taught by Judith Delany in St. Louis & myofascial release at continuing education massage seminars in St. Louis and Seattle.

Both seated massage and table massage work are available by appointment.

I provide practical bodywork for balance and flexibility, utilizing a number of techniques which give the client best results possible. Some of the techniques I employ are: observation and analysis, stretching, neuromuscular therapy and trigger point therapy. 

My analysis takes into consideration my client’s occupation and recreational activities to identify problem areas and provide best plan possible to reduce pain and help restore flexibility and balance.
