Alex really listened to what I needed, asked about my problem areas, and checked in about pressure throughout the session. The pressure was exactly what I was looking for in a true deep tissue massage; it was firm, focused, and incredibly effective without ever feeling careless or rushed. Alex found all the tight spots in my neck, shoulders, and lower back, and by the end I felt looser, lighter, and noticeably less stiff (though sore, in a good way, because there was a lot of work I needed done).
