After many years in the Accounting field, I was drawn to follow my life-long passion utilizing my healing touch with massage. I graduated from a Private School in Tacoma; Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics and have taken Continuing Educational Credits in Advanced Trigger Point Myofascial Release (one of the few schools that actually offer this modality).

I am an Athlete (and Coach) who know the aches and pains we experience and that makes me that much more intuitive to what our needs are with regards to tight muscles and injury treatment.  Not forgetting my years of Accounting; I do know the back pain, shoulder knots and hand/forearm tension that office folks acquire.   

I am also trained in Swedish massage techniques, however I love to help folks locate the pain and let it go once-and-for-all with TriggerPoint/Myofascial Release!!!   The Pain of MY OWN "Accountant knots of 20 years" have been GONE since September 2013. I formerly coached Cross Country during the Fall for 13 year. Assisted runners in keeping their aches and pains from turning into injury is one key factor in the success of the team. One season, both our Girls and Boys teams qualified for the State Championships (first time in 15 years that both teams have qualified). Whoop Whoop!!!

I was in a lot of pain, difficult to walk. I'm in the process of getting new orthotics but because of the pain, I was considering cortisone shots, but Donna was able to relieve the pain, a lifesaver! Thanks Donna, you rock!

lDonna's strength and skill are awesome! I appreciated the extra care to determine where I hurt and what I needed. And enjoyed the detox bath salts Donna put together for me. I went home, took a wonderful detox bath and slept soundly!

Great, relaxing visit that left me feeling amazing. Donna was able to dig in, work on trouble areas, and even find some spots I didn't realize were problems until she worked on them, and explained how they were all connected. As a runner doing progressively longer runs, my legs have been taking a beating, and this was the rest day they needed!

I would highly recommend Donna for those nagging kinks that develop while training for whatever your goal is. Donna listened to my concerns, let me know what her plan/goal was and kept me informed while doing the most interactive massage I have experienced. The trigger point really "hit the spot"!!!
