My practice is firmly rooted in the science of therapeutic massage therapy. Using Integrative massage therapy techniques we can restore the body to a balanced and relaxed state allowing for the healing process to unfold. There is no one size fits all when it comes to helping clients. That is why I have studied and continue to study, many different forms of therapy: Shiatsu, Chinese and Medical Cupping, Structural Integration, Swedish, Lomi Lomi and Sports Massage to name a few.

Patrick is magical! Hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He’s naturally attuned to reading bodies in a way that is rare to find, AND, he has the knowledge, expertise and touch to skillfully help your body unwind and work out those pain points.

Really enjoyed my massage with Patrick. Setup an appointment as I wasn't happy with my physical therapy massage therapist and had been in some decent pain for a month or two from an injuries, and general bodily abuse. Since the massage I have been blessed with 70% less pain. Super personable, intelligent masseuse with a great attitude and good vibes. I intend to book again soon. Don't wait, book him before you can't!
