I love helping people to feel better and to facilitate healing within their bodies.  I started my Massage education at Body Therapy Center in Palo Alto, California over 26 years ago and have found my passion in specializing in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi bodywork modality as well as Prenatal and Therapeutic Massage.  I feel my strengths are bringing relief to migraine sufferers and releasing tension in back, neck and shoulders.  I have a serene, cocoon-like Massage Studio near Midtown Reno, which used to be a recording studio.  I have a very active lifestyle and enjoy teaching Yoga, biking, hiking, traveling, doing sound for three local Reno bands and being a mother of three adult children and a grandmother to my adorable grandson, Koa.
