I started practicing in California in 2002.  I worked in a wonderful, little local fitness club.  In 2011 I got my Nevada State license.  I have practiced out of my home and also traveled to my clients homes.  Now I'm working on a new chapter with my work and excited for the new adventures.

My work tends to be a deeper tissue type work concentrating on problem areas.  I do practice Reiki and I am currently on my 2nd degree and will be a Reiki master in the coming months.  I trained in: swedish massage, hot stone massage, myofacial release, deep tissue and neuromuscular massage, aromatherapy, sports massage, PNF (proprioceptive intermuscular facilitation).  I have also been a teachers assistant in couples massage, hot stone and reiki.

My work is all about my clients, helping my clients relax and find some peace in this crazy world.  I want my clients to communicate with me so I can make their time beneficial.   

Massage is all about helping others.  

In my off time I like to be with my husband, our four dogs, our cat and my two horses.  My special times are just being outside enjoying nature and appreciating this wonderful world we live in.
