Immediately after China allowed private ownership of businesses, Zhiwei's parents started their own motorcycle and parts dealership. For this reason, from a very early age he was surrounded by a solid example of hard work and his family's entrepreneurial spirit. After earning a diploma in finance, Zhiwei left college and started his professional career as a pharmaceutical sales rep where he was soon promoted to supervise the pharmaceutical sales of the region. For several years Zhiwei was the General Manager of a team of 20 health care professionals performing services including Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropody and Acupuncture. Before coming to Canada he was the General Manager of a freight forwarding company with yearly revenues of 1 million dollars.

Zhiwei has a great vision for Wascana Remedial Massage Centre and plans to tap into his marketing and financial expertise to make the Clinic Regina's destination of choice for professional paramedical services for both clients and service providers.
