I have always been interested in helping people, I worked in the Regina Health District for 15years. In that time I got a Certificate at the University of Regina. The Certificate was Physical Activities Adapt, in short it was a Recreation Therapy Certificate. When I left the health district, to become an entrepreneur, I missed helping people. The Certificate was Physical Activities Adapt, in short it was a Recreation Therapy Certificate. When I left the health district, to become an entrepreneur, I missed helping people. So, in 2012, I started my journey into the Natural Healing area. I now have a Certificate as a Crystal Light Healing Practitioner, and am a Reiki Master. I use these two modalities to help people align their Chakras and ground them so their energy flows well. This helps to boost your immune system and relieves stress. I have had clients say that it has helped them to let go of blocked energy, which in turn helped them let go of energy that no longer serves them.
