Nick is a professional and has a measured scientific approach. This is not massage- it's resistive stretching. I've made a lot of progress and highly recommend resistive stretching in general and Nick in particular.

My 9-year-old daughter receives regular resistance stretch training with Nicholas as part of a broader vision for competitive figure skating training. Her strength, flexibility, and leg alignment (less pronating) have improved dramatically, and her legs are much stronger. Additionally, there have been unexpected mental equanimity benefits.
