When life throws you lemons, you throw them back

I spent 7 years as a preschool teacher which started to take a toll on my back. I started to get massages to help ease the pain. The massages didn’t just help my my back, but it helped my mental health as well. Taking time to care for myself through massage therapy was a great stress reliever. It is now my goal and intention to help relieve stress and pain where I can through massage therapy.
