I passionately believe that by integrating massage therapy, together we can achieve your best wellness-focused lifestyle.

My education in massage therapy began at Central Oregon Community College in 2008. My coursework spanned over 1800 hours of classes towards my Associates Degrees in Applied Sciences majoring in Massage Therapy, which I added to my 1997 Associates Degree in Arts and Science.
In addition, I concurrently earned a Advanced Certificate in Bodywork. I chose to exceed the required 500 hours of specialized course work in order to deepen my knowledge and experience with massage.

Today more than ever, I know that massage therapy plays a critical role in a healthy lifestyle. It is an important piece in your health care puzzle.

In the early stages of my career, I had the pleasure of working with a number of physical therapists and massage therapists in medical offices or five-star full service spas in the Pacific Northwest. From each of these therapists, I broadened my knowledge of various massage specialties to bring you effective amazing, therapeutic treatments. This knowledge and skills benefit my clients, many of whom are experiencing body pain brought about by injuries or illness. You may see this in my reviews on Yelp, Facebook, Google Places and my webpage. There are many to read and glean from.

During your initial appointment, you and I determine the end results then create the best treatment plan to return you (or bring you) to your optimal health.

My office in Brookings, Oregon offers a wide variety of massage modalities including; Therapeutic, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Pre- and Post-natal and Myofascial Release to name a few. I often use therapeutic Hot stones or Ice massage for inflamation or pain, Reflexology, Moving Cupping, Hot towels or packs and the Gua Sha method.

BONUS: Any or all of these are always included in the price. There is never additional billing for added services as we deem needed or wanted during your session.

My methods may also include a personal blend of Swedish, Tui Na, and Ayervedic massage to deeply relax you. My regular clients find this type of massage results in better sleep and awesome stress reduction.

I invite you to call or email me for an appointment or phone consultation to determine if my therapeutic techniques may be the right fit for you. You will receive a therapy customized to your needs with after care instructions and product recommendations tailored to you always.

I am excited to travel the path to good health and vibrant living with you. My ultimate goal is for you to Be Well and Be Happy.

I was lucky enough to get a treatment from Sharlene in the beautiful setting of Boquete, Panama. I have had massages all over the world and this was the best by far (and I have studied classic massage and shiatsu, so am not a complete novice!) Sharlene is clearly a skilled and highly trained body therapist. She combines all the types of training she has had whilst listening to your body. You can feel the positive impact days after and it feels truly amazing! She clearly values her work highly and seems to have a genuine passion and care for her clients. I would highly, highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable. A sleuth! Excellant masseuse! Maybe a little less talking. Concerned. Attentive. Fantastic!

Sharlene is one of the best ....just let her know what the problem is she can fix it. I had a stroke needed help , after 3 weeks in hospital . Sharlene went to work ,after a few sessions l felt like my old self. I could move around almost like before I had the stroke....like they say try she ,you'll like how you feel.
