I passionately believe that by integrating massage therapy, together we can achieve your best wellness-focused lifestyle.

My education in massage therapy began at Central Oregon Community College in 2008. My coursework spanned over 1800 hours of classes towards my Associates Degrees in Applied Sciences majoring in Massage Therapy, which I added to my 1997 Associates Degree in Arts and Science.
In addition, I concurrently earned a Advanced Certificate in Bodywork. I chose to exceed the required 500 hours of specialized course work in order to deepen my knowledge and experience with massage.

Today more than ever, I know that massage therapy plays a critical role in a healthy lifestyle. It is an important piece in your health care puzzle.

In the early stages of my career, I had the pleasure of working with a number of physical therapists and massage therapists in medical offices or five-star full service spas in the Pacific Northwest. From each of these therapists, I broadened my knowledge of various massage specialties to bring you effective amazing, therapeutic treatments. This knowledge and skills benefit my clients, many of whom are experiencing body pain brought about by injuries or illness. You may see this in my reviews on Yelp, Facebook, Google Places and my webpage. There are many to read and glean from.

During your initial appointment, you and I determine the end results then create the best treatment plan to return you (or bring you) to your optimal health.

My office in Brookings, Oregon offers a wide variety of massage modalities including; Therapeutic, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Pre- and Post-natal and Myofascial Release to name a few. I often use therapeutic Hot stones or Ice massage for inflamation or pain, Reflexology, Moving Cupping, Hot towels or packs and the Gua Sha method.

BONUS: Any or all of these are always included in the price. There is never additional billing for added services as we deem needed or wanted during your session.

My methods may also include a personal blend of Swedish, Tui Na, and Ayervedic massage to deeply relax you. My regular clients find this type of massage results in better sleep and awesome stress reduction.

I invite you to call or email me for an appointment or phone consultation to determine if my therapeutic techniques may be the right fit for you. You will receive a therapy customized to your needs with after care instructions and product recommendations tailored to you always.

I am excited to travel the path to good health and vibrant living with you. My ultimate goal is for you to Be Well and Be Happy.

REVIEWS for my Bodywork, Reflexology, or Spa services

A wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I have many areas of pain and discomfort that Sharlene used a variety of techniques to help relieve. I left feeling very relaxed and soothed.

I wish there was an option of 10 stars. Sharlene is amazing. Not only was my massage yesterday totally relaxing but this morning I actually woke up with absolutely no pain in my back or knees. Sharlene focused on areas that I didn’t even realize were a problem until that “tightness” in those muscles was gone. I even slept the night through, a first in a long time! I’m so happy to have found someone with so much experience and knowledge. Looking forward to my next massage.

Sharlene is amazing. She always listens and adjusts her techniques and pressure based on my body’s needs that session. She is very knowledgeable about the body.

Sharlene is a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist. I found her online by searching for a therapist who did cupping, and went to her specifically for back pain. After my first appointment with her I couldn't stop smiling... partly because I felt nothing in my back for the first time in YEARS- no pain, no aches, NOTHING; and partly because of the therapy she gave me regarding my jaw, which I didn't even realize I needed. After the jaw therapy, it felt so good to smile and I didn't want to stop! I highly recommend her for massage therapy and especially for TMJ work or cupping.

I appreciate the attention given to my immediate concerns, with care & expertise devoted to those areas. This was not "fluff" but a true therapeutic massage. I am grateful and look forward to continued treatment.

Sharlene is a very talented and skilled therapist. After 19 days of back pain, I made an appointment with her. Immediately after the massage I felt less pain and soreness in my my back and hips. Next day, no back pain at all. An absolute amazing experience. I will be going back. Thanks Sharlene!!!!

Sharlene’s office is professional and inviting. She’s well trained and ‘listens’ to both a client’s words and their tissue. She was attentive to my body’ limitations while working its’ tissues to release tensions. And the next day, I was not sore; in fact my body/mind felt wonderfully relaxed. I was a health care professional and have had body work and massage all over the world; Sharlene’s treatment measures with the best. She’s an asset to our community. I would highly recommend her.

I have been going to Sharlene for a couple of months. She has helped me alot with neck pain. She can really get in there and find the tighest individual muscles. Thanks to her, I can stretch deep cervical muscles that I have not felt in years. Plus, she has a great face cradle that does not smoosh my sinuses.
