Pain is not a lifestyle or a reward for working hard.

Years ago after i suffered a work related accident that put me in a wheel chair, I learned from a holistic doctor that pain and the inability to move is not a lifestyle; that unless you have no legs that there was no reason i could not get back on my feet, but that most of the medical world was missing the picture and calling pain and disabilities as muscular weakness, when in reality all my problems came from sore, overloaded and muscles u...

Pain is not a lifestyle or a reward for working hard.

Years ago after i suffered a work related accident that put me in a wheel chair, I learned from a holistic doctor that pain and the inability to move is not a lifestyle; that unless you have no legs that there was no reason i could not get back on my feet, but that most of the medical world was missing the picture and calling pain and disabilities as muscular weakness, when in reality all my problems came from sore, overloaded and muscles under trauma and that the key to get on my feet was to release this tension on my muscles, then correct muscular imbalances and finally reeducate while breaking the muscle memory stored from my accident and years of misusing my muscles, that back pain, neck pain, leg pain, hand pain, and foot pain were the ways that the body was communicating with oneself to do something about instead of taking a pain pill, doing painful exercise or learning how to live again.
It doesn't need to be that way.

I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their necks and backs, but I work the whole body too because its a whole system. Where often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting.

I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.

You'll be surprised how quickly we can work together to make measurable improvements and get you feeling better.

Although you might have experience painful massages in the past i work with your level of tolerance to help the body create healing not painful memories.
