I came to massage when I realized that my career in the business world left me feeling frazzled and empty. I knew that I was meant to help people in a more tangible way. I knew there was something else out there. After months of soul-searching I found massage. Now I have the privilege of helping people to feel better in their own bodies. To that end, I am on a perpetual journey to continue my education to bring new services and techniques to my clients. I recently completed my Medical Massage Practitioner training. Wow, what an amazing new set of tools to help with results-based bodywork. Look to see the addition of CranioSacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage later this year! I am a firm believer in the power of positivity. I believe we each have the power to make a difference in the lives of others and when we do so, we feed our souls. Massage feeds my soul! As a therapist, part of my job is to be a cheerleader encouraging you to achieve your health goals (ra! ra! ra!) When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my husband, two boys and my two dogs. I love the outdoors and time spent backpacking. At home I love making inexpensive, eco-friendly DIY products like toothpaste, laundry soap, kombucha, dog food, and any and everything that could possibly be made or enhanced with Young Living Essential Oils.
