I have been a massage therapist for the past 11 years and I specialize in Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish Massage.

My goal is to assess each client and to customize the massage modalities to bring pain relief and healing.  I use essential oils, heat and stretching to maximize the results.  I am constantly learning and work for excellence in every session.

Julia is incredibly gifted and intuitive with her skill. Her ability to promote “release” of a structure in my body which was clearly locked up, pulling my back, shoulder and hip too tight on one side simply let go after her gentle work ! She is a miracle worker. I wish I could afford to see her weekly ! I highly recommend her !
