I have been a massage therapist for the past 11 years and I specialize in Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish Massage.

My goal is to assess each client and to customize the massage modalities to bring pain relief and healing.  I use essential oils, heat and stretching to maximize the results.  I am constantly learning and work for excellence in every session.

Julia is absolutely outstanding. I came in with very severe pain in my neck that none of my own efforts or my chiropractor could improve. She knew exactly what to do, and I have 50% less pain in that one single hour with her that many other methods I was using didn't even touch the pain. She does things in a way that no other massage therapist I've tried has ever done. When I walked out of the room, I had so much pain relief I couldn't hold back my tears. I 100% recommend her.
