I have been a massage therapist for the past 11 years and I specialize in Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish Massage.

My goal is to assess each client and to customize the massage modalities to bring pain relief and healing.  I use essential oils, heat and stretching to maximize the results.  I am constantly learning and work for excellence in every session.

No waiting. I walked right in at my scheduled appointment time. Peaceful and clean environment with angelic music softly playing in the background. I felt very seen and heard. Julia was very professional, kind and engaging. She gathered necessary information regarding my physical condition and what areas of my body needed attention. Then she clearly explained the process and the treatment began. She would intermittently ask appropriate questions along with explain the next step she was going to take. She did not rush the treatment. I am a person of faith so I appreciated that she started and finished with prayer. I felt the treatment was very helpful and did see improvement in the areas where Julia focused her attention. I will be going back for another treatment and would highly recommend her cranio sacral and trauma release therapy.
