I have been a massage therapist for the past 11 years and I specialize in Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish Massage.

My goal is to assess each client and to customize the massage modalities to bring pain relief and healing.  I use essential oils, heat and stretching to maximize the results.  I am constantly learning and work for excellence in every session.

I used to be the type of client that looked for a massage worker to beat the pain out of me. The stronger they were the better instead of beating the pain and stress out of my body. Julia creates a space where my body can just relax and let go. I really appreciate that. She is highly intuitive. I typically enter into a trans and having spiritual experiences while she's working on me I feel extremely relaxed when we are done.
