I have been a massage therapist for the past 11 years and I specialize in Myofascial Release (John Barnes), Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish Massage.

My goal is to assess each client and to customize the massage modalities to bring pain relief and healing.  I use essential oils, heat and stretching to maximize the results.  I am constantly learning and work for excellence in every session.

Julia has a high-quality accredited program with a strong education and a mastery of physical techniques that can be applied to the bodies needs. She’s an active listener to her clients and is also a none verbal listener to the needs of the body. Julia alway maintains a high standards of professionalism. I am blessed to be able to go to her and experience relief from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. Julia is incredibly gifted and intuitive with her skill. Her ability to promote “release” of a structure in my body which was clearly locked up, pulling my back, shoulder and hip too tight on one side simply let go after her gentle work ! She is a miracle worker. I wish I could afford to see her weekly ! I highly recommend her !
