I have a long desire of wanting to help people. In 1995 I was attuned in Reiki I, II and III by Diane Stein and a year later by a Franciscan Monk. The Monk's class had nurses and professionals in the class... it was a more mainstream group. It was easy to accept his teachings: any time you put your hands on someone, you are adding energy to them and helping them. I saw this easily with a plant hooked up to a lie detector machine. It then made sense to my brain. I have used Reiki over the year...

It was easy to accept his teachings: any time you put your hands on someone, you are adding energy to them and helping them. I saw this easily with a plant hooked up to a lie detector machine. It then made sense to my brain. I have used Reiki over the years and have helped people energize and have given them a boost on their healing path. Since then I have taken more classes in healing modalities including: ThetaHealing Basic and Advanced and AkaDua I and II (a Toltec tradition of energy medicine based on the elements.)

I opened Wellness Realm, a boutique in downtown Redding in January 2014.
It made sense to take my skills further and become a Certified Massage Therapist... offering my gentle, grounded spirit to those seeking comfort. I received my Massage diploma in December 2014 with high accolades from my school and my clients on the table. I specialize in Swedish Massage, "Divine Light" sessions and AromaTouch technique.
