Feldenkrais Method
I have worked in a Feldenkrais centered therapy office and treated the therapists patients with bodywork techniques that are beneficial with and influenced by Feldenkrais movement techniques which I have been informally educated on through 5 years of experience working side by side with a Feldenkrais therapist.

Having my own practice for almost 20 years has given me ample opportunity to utilize all my training in many different unique situations that have taught me more than any text book or classroom setting alone could ever begin to explain. Through this hands on application of my training and textbook knowledge, lead by intuition and Spirit you get the best of both worlds.

Chiropractic Office: Massage therapist
My first three years of practice I worked at three different yet very busy chiropractic offices. This gave me a lot of hands on experience with many different injuries and ailments. I consider this time integral to my deep understanding of the physiology of trauma injuries, chronic pain and emotional memory in the body.
