Heather took the time to explain exactly what she would be doing, before we started. As this was my first craniosacral massage, I was surprised to learn I din't need to remove my clothing. She told me I would feel very relaxed at the conclusion of the treatment. I have had many massages over the years, I don't remember ever feeling so relaxed. Heather has amazing hands!!
